Chris Smalling and Luke Shaw remain out, but Michael Carrick and Antonio Valencia are in contention after being rested for the trip to Ukraine.
Toby Alderweireld will be involved for Spurs after making his comeback from a knee injury against CSKA Moscow.
Erik Lamela and Vincent Janssen remain unavailable.
