MOTD COMMENTATOR'S NOTES
Guy Mowbray: "United used to have such dominance over Spurs that Sir Alex Ferguson's pre-match team talk consisted of three words: ' Lads, it's Tottenham '!
"Spurs went winless at Old Trafford from 1989 until the old master's final season in 2012-13, but their '89 success carries the coincidence of having been in December AND as part of United's longest home run without winning before this one (six games).
"Draws have been the most common result for United at home and Spurs away this season, and another one will be a popular prediction.
"That would probably be enough to make Mauricio smile, but almost certainly not Jose. Then again, what does these days?!"
